Anime Card Clash Rankings

Anime Card Clash rankings are most useful as candidate lists, not permanent verdicts. The accessible public tier snapshot reviewed here was labeled for version 7.2 and dated June 15, 2026. Community update documentation later reached v9.0.3. That gap is too large to present an old SS, S, or A grade as a current fact.

This rankings hub therefore preserves the historical names, explains what made them worth testing, and gives you a repeatable current-server method. The active party, card text, mode rules, trait behavior, equipment, and your available roster ultimately decide the best choice for your account.

Choose the ranking you need

• Attacker Rankings separates consistent damage, ramp, boss performance, and content fit.
• Support Rankings focuses on activation, compatible allies, stacking, restrictions, and whether the effect changes the intended fight.
• Card Pack Rankings ranks pack value by access and useful outcomes instead of copying outdated unlock numbers.

What the historical snapshot contained

The version 7.2 attacker list placed names such as Awakened Lion, Fox Sin, Awakened Eclipseborn Hawk, and Awakened Tormented Swordsman at its highest published grade. Its next group included Awakened Bijuu Beast, Undead King, Blood Valkyrie, Wrathful Sin, Commandment of Truth, and Envious Sin. These names are a historical watchlist only; later cards or balance changes can move the order.

The same dated source highlighted supports including Black Slime, Fallen Knight, Shinobi Cells, Orb of Dominance, and Slayer Mark, with Limitless, Galaxy, Vorpal Soul, Binding Light, Truck, Sky Drum, and Mech Contract in another high group. The list establishes that these were once discussed candidates. It does not prove availability, grade, effect, or best-in-slot status in v9.0.3.

Rank by a defined job

A single tier cannot answer every question. Rank attackers by Story consistency, short-wave speed, sustained boss damage, ramp time, targeting, or performance under Ranked rules. Rank supports by the gain they provide to a compatible team, not by solo damage. Rank packs by how many useful outcomes they offer your current roster and whether you can access them now.

State the test objective before comparing cards. “Best attacker” is vague; “best owned attacker for clearing this Story wave without a long setup” can be tested.

Build a current-server benchmark

Save one working deck. Pick a repeatable fight with a consistent entry cost and environment. Record completion time, failure point, damage contribution if shown, effect activation, and any mode modifier. Change one slot. Repeat enough runs to notice random variation, then keep or revert the change.

For supports, check that the intended effect visibly activates. For scaling attackers, allow the fight to reach the relevant stage. For Ranked, test under the actual queue and its current restrictions. For a pack, compare the previewed useful outcomes rather than a tiny personal roll sample.

Account for traits and items

Traits and equipment can turn two copies of the same card into different test subjects. Document them before comparing results. Community references indicate that trait behavior may differ by Ranked rules; check the live queue information. Do not credit a base card for an advantage that actually came from a rare trait or artifact.

Handle version drift

At every major update, re-read your active deck’s text and inspect the current pack previews. Repeat one baseline fight. Check update notes for new cards, reworks, mode fixes, or shop changes. When community sources disagree, keep the version beside the claim instead of averaging incompatible lists.

The Roblox description itself lagged behind later community version records during this review, so a page without a check date cannot safely support a current ranking. The Updates hub documents that discrepancy.

Make a personal tier list

Use four labels that map to action: core cards consistently earn a slot; situational cards solve a specific mode or match; development cards need levels, traits, items, or compatible allies; collection cards are currently stored. This system reflects your account better than global letter grades.

For every placement, write a one-line reason and test date. Move a card when evidence changes. If you cannot explain why an option is higher, the list is not ready to guide spending.

Avoid misleading rank claims

Do not say a card is “currently best” based only on an older article, a showcase with hidden investment, or a different mode. Do not convert a community vote into an official rate. Do not rank an unavailable pack as the best choice for a beginner. Do not ignore activation restrictions.

A trustworthy ranking is dated, scoped, reproducible, and open to change. Use the historical names on these pages to decide what to inspect, then let your live card text and benchmark determine the final party.

A worked comparison

Suppose one attacker clears an ordinary Story stage in less time, while another produces more damage only after a long ramp. The first belongs above the second for routine Story farming, but the order may reverse for a durable raid boss. Add a support and the result can change again if it activates for only one candidate. This is why each placement needs a content label.

Use the same discipline for packs: a later pool with one chase card may rank below an earlier pool containing two useful attackers and a compatible support. Recalculate as soon as the roster changes. A ranking that responds to the account is more valuable than a universal graphic frozen to one update.
